In trading on Monday, semiconductors shares were relative laggards, down on the day by about 4.7%. Helping drag down the group were shares of AXTI, off about 15.8% and shares of Astera Labs off about 14.7% on the day.
Also lagging the market Monday are precious metals shares, down on the day by about 3.4% as a group, led down by Aura Minerals, trading lower by about 7.8% and Hycroft Mining Holding, trading lower by about 6.7%.
